STEPHEN LEE, CGA
Mr. Lee is Vice President, Finance and Corporate Controller and is responsible for all financial affairs of the Company. Mr. Lee came to Azure Dynamics from Carmanah Design and Manufacturing Inc., a world leader in the design, manufacture and supply of equipment used in the production of oriented strand board (OSB), an engineered wood panel product used primarily for home construction. During his time at Carmanah, Mr. Lee served as Chief Financial Officer and helped guide the company back to profitability, improve working capital and renegotiated its debt during the downturn in 2009. Mr. Lee is a Certified General Accountant and received his bachelor’s degree in accounting from the University of Calgary.
